Conditions of Sale
Each Humberts Auctions sale is conducted under the conditions published with that sale. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those conditions.
Buyer’s premium
A buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price of each lot at the rate stated in the conditions of the individual sale, together with VAT where applicable.
Condition
Lots are sold as seen. Descriptions are given in good faith as a guide only; prospective buyers should view lots or request a condition report before bidding.
Payment & collection
Payment and collection arrangements are set out with each sale. Lots are released only once payment has been received in full.
